Privacy Policy

Pouchy does not collect your information. Your data stays on your device, belongs to you, and remains under your control.

Your financial information belongs to you and only you.

Pouchy does not require an account, does not operate user-data servers, and does not collect, track, sell, or share your personal information. Information you enter into Pouchy remains stored locally on your device and under your control.

Pouchy does not collect any personal information or user data.

This means Pouchy does not collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or contact details
• Your cash balances, transactions, notes, or financial information
• Your location
• Device identifiers
• Advertising identifiers
• Usage or behavioural data
• Analytics data
• Tracking data
• Browsing activity
• Contacts
• Biometric information

Pouchy does not include advertising, third-party tracking tools, analytics services, or analytics software development kits.

Information you create in Pouchy, including balances, transactions, notes, preferences, and other app content, is stored locally on your device.

This information is not uploaded to Pouchy, transmitted to us, or stored on servers operated by us.

We cannot view, retrieve, access, restore, or remotely delete your information because we never receive it.

Where available, Pouchy may allow you to protect the app using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.

Biometric authentication is handled entirely by your Apple device. Pouchy does not receive or store your fingerprint, facial information, or other biometric data. The app only receives confirmation from the operating system that authentication succeeded or failed.

Pouchy does not:

• Track how you use the app
• Create a profile about you
• Use analytics services
• Display advertisements
• Use advertising identifiers
• Track you across other apps or websites
• Sell or rent user information
• Share user information for marketing purposes

Your activity inside Pouchy is private.

Pouchy does not automatically share your information with anyone.

If Pouchy provides an export or sharing feature, information will leave the app only when you deliberately choose to export or share it. You control what is shared, where it is sent, and which application or service receives it.

Any third-party application or service you choose to share information with will handle that information according to its own privacy practices.

Pouchy is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple may process information relating to app downloads, purchases, device diagnostics, crash reports, or device backups according to your Apple account and device settings.

This processing is performed independently by Apple and is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy. Pouchy does not control Apple’s collection or processing of this information.

Pouchy does not use information collected by Apple to monitor your individual activity within the app.

Depending on your device settings, Apple may include Pouchy’s locally stored information in an iCloud or device backup.

These backups are managed by Apple and are not accessible to Pouchy or its developer. You can manage your backup preferences through your device’s Settings app.

Your information remains on your device for as long as you choose to keep it.

You can control your information by:

• Editing or deleting individual records within Pouchy
• Using any available reset or delete-all-data option
• Removing permissions through your device’s Settings
• Deleting the Pouchy app from your device

Deleting the app will remove its locally stored data from that device, subject to any backups maintained through Apple services under your device settings.

Because Pouchy does not receive or store your information, you do not need to contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. You already have direct control over it.

Pouchy relies on the security protections provided by your Apple device and operating system.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, device passcode, Apple Account, and backups. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, so keeping your device and operating system updated is recommended.

Pouchy does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.

Because no personal information is collected by Pouchy, no child’s personal information is knowingly stored on or transmitted to our systems.

Pouchy does not transfer your app information internationally because Pouchy does not collect or receive it.

Information independently processed by Apple may be handled according to Apple’s own infrastructure and privacy practices.

We cannot provide third parties, governments, or law-enforcement agencies with information stored inside your copy of Pouchy because we do not possess or have access to that information.

This Privacy Policy may be updated if Pouchy’s features or privacy practices change.

Any updated policy will be published on the official Pouchy website, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy will be revised. If a change materially affects how information is handled, notice may also be provided within the app.

Pouchy will not begin collecting personal information without updating this Privacy Policy and providing any notices or permissions required by applicable law.
